Their collaborative technology aims to combine Saison’s data integration, ingestion, and legacy system interfaces with Vectara’s agentic RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) capabilities. This will make discussions more accurate, minimise hallucinations, and let people talk to one other using genuine enterprise data.
